We have a 24-hour cancellation policy
If you cancel within 24 hours and wish to reschedule, and no payment was taken previously, a deposit will be required at the time of rebooking.
We do not offer refunds. Once you leave the clinic, the treatment is considered complete. Any concerns or uncertainties must be raised before leaving the clinic and before payment is made.
If life gets in the way and you’re running late, please call the clinic to let us know. Appointment times are carefully scheduled and time is reserved specifically for you.
