Cancellation Policy

Please let us know via phone or email if you are unable to attend your appointment.
We have a 24-hour minimum notice cancellation policy.
If you cancel within 24 hours you are not subject to a refund of your deposit and will be required to pay the remaining balance of the missed appointment before rebooking.
We do not offer refunds. Once you leave the clinic, the treatment is considered complete. Any concerns or uncertainties must be raised before leaving the clinic and before payment is made.
If life gets in the way and you’re running late, please call the clinic to let us know. Appointment times are carefully scheduled and time is reserved specifically for you.
If you purchase any treatment bundles you are not entitled to a refund at any point of your treatment course. When purchasing a bundle you are required to pay the full amount of your bundled treatments upfront.
